The easy way to install any APK apps manually (outside of the Play Store) on Android TV, is using the Downloader app.
To download the latest version of Seed4.Me VPN app on your TV, please follow the instructions below:
Installing the Downloader App on Android TV
Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV, type in Downloader in the search bar, select Downloader by AFTnews app from the list, and install it on your TV.
Open the app and choose to Allow when you see the permission warning, then click OK to skip the Quick Start Guide.
Download the latest APK version of Seed4.Me VPN on TV
You can now download any third-party app(s) onto your Android TV. In this case, to download Seed4.Me VPN app, follow these steps.
1. Type the downloader code of the latest version (5741245) and click Go.
2. Now, the APK file will start downloading! Wait…
3. Once the download is complete, you can then Install the APK file.
Since you’re installing an app outside of the Google Play Store, you will need to allow installation from an unknown source. To do so, choose SETTINGS when you see the security warning below.
At the Install Unknown Apps settings, enable the Downloader app by moving the slider icon to the right.
Once you’ve done that, go back to the previous screen and select INSTALL.
When the app is installed, select DONE.
Now, you can go back to the home page and open Seed4.Me VPN app.
